Aloha, E komo mai – Welcome to Imua Family Services a non-profit organization base on Maui and Lana`i. This website is a place for our Maui Ohana (families) who are facing challenges pertaining to their child’s development, behavior or disability. We are engaged in family-centered, community based, therapeutic services for infants, toddlers and preschool children, birth to age six and their families. Since 1947, we have been fulfilling our mission to provide comprehensive early childhood development services to children and their families with the support and resources needed to achieve their full potential in life. Imua Family Services programs include: Infant Child Development Program services for children birth to age three, Early Childhood Development Program to children three through five years old, and Newborn Hearing Screening for all infants born on Maui for early identification of hearing loss.
Camp Imua is our week-long, overnight recreational camp for 50 school age children with special needs supported by an individualized trained care team.
